Loyalty programs - what actually matters to you?

Every line structures their tiers differently and I am trying to understand which perks people actually value. Is it the drinks, the priority boarding, the cabin upgrades, or something else entirely? Would love to hear what keeps you loyal to a particular line.

For me it is the cabin upgrades. Everything else is nice but a better cabin changes the whole trip.
