That may sound like inside-baseball stuff, but for folks who spend real time in the ship casino, system changes usually mean cleaner tracking, different offer mechanics, and maybe fewer mysteries at the players club desk. My old-timer reaction: whenever a line changes the plumbing behind the scenes, the comp program usually feels it sooner or later, even if they don’t say much up front. Back in the day, half the battle was whether the host screen matched what you thought you played. Anybody sailed Carnival recently and noticed changes in point tracking, kiosks, host communication, or how offers are showing up?
