Setting a session budget you will actually stick to

The single best habit I picked up was deciding my entertainment budget before I ever walked onto the casino floor, and treating it like the cost of a show. Once it is gone, I am done for the night. How does everyone else keep it fun and under control? This is just how I approach it, not advice.

This is the way. I also leave my card in the cabin safe once I hit my limit so I am not tempted.
